COMMUNITY ART CLASSES

PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS

Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment. In the event that a registered program is cancelled, you will be notified by phone at least five (5) days prior to the start date. A full refund will be provided, or you may transfer immediately into one of our other available programs (subject to program availability).

TRANSFER/WITHDRAWALS

In the event that you must withdraw or change your program registration, we require a minimum of one week’s notice (7 days) before the program start date. You may transfer into one of our other art programs (subject to program availability), or receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than a week’s notice, you forfeit your registration fee.
